Chocolate-making, handmade truffles
and caramels

There is hectic activity in our factory, 3 km east of Åre. The chocolate pots are bubbling, hazelnuts are being ground and fresh berries are being stirred into the truffle mix. We are continually testing new flavours alongside our normal production. Right now, we have around 30 different types of chocolate, either creamy truffles or soft caramels; ahead of each season and major festival, we develop new chocolate flavours that are linked to the season.
